Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use Pilupu to create, manage, host, or share digital wedding invitations, RSVP flows, guest information, and wedding websites.

Using Pilupu

  • Pilupu provides digital wedding invitations, wedding websites, RSVP tools, guest details, sharing links, and related planning features.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for the wedding pages, guest lists, uploads, and invitation links you create or share.
  • Guests may access invitation pages through links shared by a couple or event organizer. Guests do not need to create an account unless a feature requires it.

Your content and guest data

  • You keep ownership of wedding details, photos, music, text, guest lists, RSVP responses, and other content you add to Pilupu.
  • You grant Pilupu permission to host, process, display, transmit, resize, store, and back up that content as needed to provide the service.
  • You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and collect guest information through Pilupu.
  • Pilupu does not own, provide, license, or claim rights to music uploaded or selected by a couple. The couple or event organizer is solely responsible for ensuring they have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to use music in an invitation or wedding page.
  • You are responsible for deciding what information appears on public or shared invitation pages.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Pilupu for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, harassing, hateful, explicit, infringing, spam, or security-compromising activity.
  • Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service at scale, interfere with service operations, or bypass security protections.
  • Do not use Pilupu to collect sensitive information from guests unless you have a lawful reason and appropriate consent.
  • We may remove content, restrict sharing links, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe these terms are violated.

Payments and subscriptions

  • Some Pilupu features may require payment or a subscription. Prices, included features, and billing terms are shown at checkout or in the product.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
  • Unless a refund is required by law or expressly offered in writing, fees are non-refundable after purchase or after a paid feature has been used.
  • We may change pricing or plan features prospectively, and we will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes.

Service availability

  • We work to keep Pilupu reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, provider failures, security events, or changes outside our control.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
  • You should keep your own copies of important wedding information, guest records, images, and exported RSVP data.

Disclaimers and liability

  • Pilupu is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, ranking performance, or fitness for a particular event outcome.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilupu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Pilupu for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

  • We may update these terms as Pilupu changes. The updated date will show when the latest version became effective.
  • You may stop using Pilupu at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect users, guests, the service, or legal compliance.
  • Sections about content permissions, payments, disclaimers, liability, and dispute-related obligations may survive termination.
